How to create a playlist in VLC Media Player ?
Most of us prefer to use VLC Media Player to play all types of media files. VLC Media Player has lots of other features that can interest you.
With the VLC, you can select multiple media files in order and save them to your computer and open that playlist directly through VLC.
Today I am going to talk about one of popular feature of creating a playlist in VLC Media Player to play media files in certain order.
How to create a playlist in VLC Media Player ?
- To create a playlist open VLC Media Player.
- Now from the top menu click on the Media and then click on Open File or press Ctrl+O.
- You can choose the multiple media files from your computer then click on Open.
- After you have opened files with VLC, you can click on the View to find the playlist.
- This playlist will play in the given order in VLC Media Player.
- In case you like this playlist and would want to repeat this playlist in future, then you can save this in your computer.
- To save the current playlist click on the Media on the top.
- Now click on the Save Playlist to File or press Ctrl+Y shortcut key.
- You can name this playlist for easy search in future.
To play this playlist in future open VLC and then drag and drop the saved file.
